On the morning of July 28, 2026, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Engineering (HCM-UTE) officially welcomed and conducted a strategic working session with a senior delegation from Karlshochschule International University (KHS, Germany). This landmark meeting signifies a pivotal milestone in the university's internationalization strategy, opening up world-class European educational pathways for students. 

 MOU Signing & In-Depth Discussion on Joint-Training Models
- During the meeting, leadership representatives from both institutions finalized the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), establishing a solid foundation for long-term strategic partnership.

- A major focus of the session was dedicated to comprehensive program mapping and the development of Joint-Training Programs under 0+3 and 1+2 models across two highly sought-after disciplines:

•  International Business

•  Information Technology / Computer Science

These flexible articulation pathways—0+3 (studying full-time at HCM-UTE under an internationally recognized curriculum) and 1+2 (1 year at HCM-UTE followed by 2 years of immersion and degree completion in Germany)—offer an optimal solution for students to save costs, enhance global exposure, and earn globally respected degrees.
