Continuing our journey of supporting high school students during the 2026 admission season, Institute of International Education (IIE) - Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Engineering (HCM-UTE) (formerly named Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education) has participated in a series of career orientation and admissions counseling programs at several high schools across Ho Chi Minh City, providing practical information on academic majors, training programs, and international learning opportunities.
On March 13, 2026, the university’s counseling team visited Vinschool Grand Park (Thu Duc City), with the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Huy Tuan – Vice Director of IIE and Ms. Tran Ngoc Tuong Nguyen – Admissions Specialist. The program was also joined by representatives from the Faculty of Advanced Education, including Dr. Tran Quang Tri – Vice Dean and Dr. Dinh Van Hoang – Head of Program.

The following day, on March 14, 2026, the IIE team continued participating in the Career Orientation and Admissions Counseling Day at Tri Duc High School (Tan Phu Ward), with the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Huy Tuan and Ms. Truong Sy Thuy Vy.

During the events, many students actively explored information and engaged in direct discussions with the university representatives to gain a better understanding of academic orientations, learning environments, and future career opportunities.


The 2026 Admissions Counseling Series of IIE – HCMUTE will continue to visit more high schools in the coming time, bringing valuable information and inspiration to support students on their journey of choosing the right academic major. 🚀
